Nagaraj oversees the Sales Operations and is the driving force behind BCT Consulting’s growth strategy. Prior to BCT, Nagaraj held key positions in leading companies such as Quess, Helios and Matheson, Aptech, YS Consulting and Accenture.
He brings with him 25+ years of experience managing a diverse range of corporate businesses such as Recruitment, Resource Management, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Vendor & Key Account Management and Customer Service. His experience spans translating business strategy into talent acquisition plans, process innovation in both high volume and niche hiring for global customers.
Nagaraj has played a pivotal role in establishing BCT Consulting as a multifaceted brand globally.
