As a Director at BCT Consulting Uma Durgaprasad guides in HR and people Management. Combining her passion for travel and business acumen, she started her career with the Jet Air group and went on to become the Director and Co-Founder of Xtra Mile Tourism, a company chosen as the preferred partner of Oman Air for their Chauffeur Service Pan India. While at Xtra Mile, Uma led initiatives that promoted medical tourism in Chennai, India, and managed flagship events for international luxury brands.
She also serves as the Director of Exelatics, a company that invests in innovative startups.
Uma is an alumnus of St. Ann’s High School, Secunderabad, and is an Economics graduate from Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai.
